CMS 2026 — How MUSINSA Is Breaking the Limits of Content in the AI Era | Seungki Min & Yeji Ryu

How MUSINSA Is Breaking the Limits of Content in the AI Era: Trial, Error, and Lessons from Its Creative Team

Session Overview

In an age when creating content with AI is no longer remarkable in itself, the real question is how creative teams can use AI to overcome the practical limits of production.

In this session, MUSINSA's Video Team and Style Content Team will share how they have integrated generative AI into real production workflows — addressing challenges around cost, time, scale and communication along the way.

For the Video Team, AI has lowered traditional production barriers created by budgets, schedules and technical complexity. Through repeated experimentation, the team has developed its own principles for AI-powered video production and applied them across real projects, moving beyond one-off experiments toward a repeatable way of working.

The Style Content Team took a different approach. In an era when AI can make almost anything look spectacular, the team chose to focus on simplicity — turning MUSINSA's distinctive product curation and styling format into a scalable system supported by its own AI Studio.

The biggest change is not simply lower production costs or faster execution. It is giving creative teams more freedom to test ideas, make decisions faster and turn their own creative principles into scalable systems.
