When Everything Can Be Created, Experience Becomes the Brand.
Session Overview
In an era overflowing with content and information, consumers experience brands not only through what they say, but through what they actually do.
Hyundai Motor Company is evolving from a brand that makes cars into a brand that helps shape the future. At the 2026 FIFA World Cup, rather than simply explaining the abstract idea of brand innovation, Hyundai chose to demonstrate it through experience.
This session explores how technology, storytelling and real-world experiences can work together to make an intangible brand promise feel tangible — and how experience itself can become one of the strongest ways to prove what a brand stands for.
In a world where almost anything can be created, what people actually experience may become the most powerful expression of a brand.
