How to Reach Customers Through Context in an Age of Infinite Content

Session Overview

Generative AI has made it possible for virtually anyone to create a vast amount of content faster than ever. Yet one thing has not changed: the way people are emotionally moved.

What people respond to depends not only on what they see, but also on the context in which they see it. In today's fragmented media environment, however, content and information are appearing at such a scale that marketers can no longer manually identify every meaningful moment where a brand should connect with its audience.

In this session, Jaeho Oh will explore how AI that understands video at the scene level can identify the contexts in which consumers are most receptive to a brand message.

Through the underlying technology and real campaign examples from Korea and global markets, the session will examine how brands can connect content, context and customer attention more effectively — from campaign planning all the way through to conversion.

In the AI era, the question is no longer simply what content brands should create, but where and in what context that message should meet the customer.
